Job Description

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables :

Understand project goals and scope
Understand functional and non-functional requirements
Develop and document technical design for given requirement
Data modelling
Explain design to developers
Technical task planning (working with PM in planning)
Define coding standards and ensure compliance
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Team
Develop code (at least 40% time spent in coding key components)
Perform code reviews
Deployment and release management (both internal and to customer)
Co-ordinate testing of deliverables
Coordinate defect fixing among developers
Responsible for technical output of team, delivering on time with good quality

Experience :

Should have experience in ASP.Net, C#,MVC, SQL Server, LINQ, Entity Framework, HTML, Javascript/jQuery, CSS. Bootstrap, AngularJS/ReactJS (or equivalent frameworks).
Capable of developing Low Level/Detailed design for a given architecture/technology stack. Exposure to Test Driven Development.
Sound Support process knowledge and Service Delivery background required. ITIL exposure desired.
Should able to do Debug & Trouble-shoot .Net code, Store Procedure/SQL queries.
Should have good understanding of Business and Domain (SCM), able to provide Level 2 Support.
Good Domain or Business understanding required, preferably SCM sector.
Should have experience in working with SQL Server (including complex queries). Exposure to other databases will be a plus.
Flexible to work in Shifts including Night shifts, Morning shifts.
